Pilot Scale Field Test Demonstration

 

BRISEA, together with selected technology/specialty companies, performed  an on site pilot scale soil remediation test. The project, for a confidential client in China, provided valuable data to be applied in to full scale remediation program.

The pilot scale demonstration is accompanied by an optimization study using available project data which can be adjusted in the final technical approach by the data collected in the pilot operations.

The BRISEA Team selected two remedial technologies which were tested in the pilot runs. The pilot tests were designed to treat both the saturated and the unsaturated zone soils. This allows testing the efficacy of the technologies across the soil layers as well as the ground water saturate zone to a depth of 12 meters.

The two selected technologies are complimentary in that they utilize the same delivery method.
