The packages include:
- A fully furnished, nine square-meter booth in a prime location on the
expo floor
- Passing Badges
- Conference Tickets
- The exhibitors’ brief introduction being listed in the fair catalogue
- Free use of negotiation room
- An access to exhibitors’ information via the homepage of SEPA or CAEPI
In addition, with US DOC’s support, the Foreign Commercial Services (FCS) at US Embassy will host a US Pavilion at CIEPEC2007. US Exhibitors who join the Pavilion will receive following additional services at free of charge:
- Pre-show region-wide marketing campaign to buyers
- On-site counseling throughout the show
- Free market research reports on China’s environment market - water, air and solid waste
- Free site tours to get first-hand knowledge of China’s environmental facilities
- Spin-off opportunities to second-tier cities within FCS International Partner Network, including Tianjin, Qingdao, Xi’an and Wuhan, to meet with potential business partners, industry regulators and do single company promotion.

Rate for Seminar/Conference/Demo Show
CIEPEC will provide the service package to the exhibitors for hosting seminars/conferences/product demo to further introduce their services/products to the visitors. The service package charge will be USD 1,000 per 60 minutes.
The service package includes:
- Conference room that can hold 60-80 audience, with one microphone, over-head projector, or slide projector
- English and Japanese interpreters
- Drink (coffee or tea) at break
- Distributing audiences invitation and presentation paper
